The real power at the heart of any successful organisation is its workforce; and at TRANS TELECOMS we have invested a great deal in our staff to ensure we remain the industry leaders in telecoms solutions right across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. In short, we believe that our success is directly attributable to the attitude, calibre and skills of our people. To ensure we get this level of quality and commitment, we place a high priority on the development of our employees through training, planned career development and the support of our senior management.

Our selection programme not only seeks out the most talented and knowledgeable individuals – primarily with experience of working in the telecoms sectors in Europe and the US, but then goes further, searching out the hidden potential in each of our employees, who then attend induction training to ensure they are fully up to date with the many types of vendor products, materials and services that they will be handling during their first few months of employment with us.

In the fast-moving world of technological development, our people also regularly participate in various vendor-related training programmes to ensure they are completely familiar with the many changes and new product introductions that occur throughout their career with the company. We also place a high priority on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance practices and ensure our employees are fully conversant with what is expected of them in these two vital areas.
Meet our People
It is our fervent belief that each and every employee at TRANS TELECOMS has a vital role to play in our overall success story.
