Our selection programme not only seeks out the most talented and knowledgeable individuals – primarily with experience of working in the telecoms sectors in Europe and the US, but then goes further, searching out the hidden potential in each of our employees, who then attend induction training to ensure they are fully up to date with the many types of vendor products, materials and services that they will be handling during their first few months of employment with us.
In the fast-moving world of technological development, our people also regularly participate in various vendor-related training programmes to ensure they are completely familiar with the many changes and new product introductions that occur throughout their career with the company. We also place a high priority on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance practices and ensure our employees are fully conversant with what is expected of them in these two vital areas. |
